My Husband Has a Job!

Posted on: October 30, 2006

My husband is a computer guy who works with mainframes and AS400’s. He’s been out of work since last May. Not that he hasn’t been working, mind you, he’s done a TON of stuff around the house that had he been working a regular job, probably wouldn’t have gotten done quite as fast. Today he was offered a position and he’ll be starting the job tomorrow. It’s a contactor position but there’s a likelihood that it will move to an employee position. They’re just not sure yet, they’re in the process of converting from mainframe to AS400 (or maybe it’s the other way around, shoot, can’t remember!) so it’s hard to say at this point.

Breathing a monsterous sigh of relief. 🙂
